Place Vauquelin

Master lighting plan for an iconic square in Old Montreal.
The lighting design for Place Vauquelin respects the historical heritage of Old Montreal. The lighting reinterprets traditional lighting codes while improving safety, the legibility of pedestrian routes, and highlighting the façades, the dome of the courthouse, and the fortifications. The light complements nighttime activities without over-illuminating the site, enhancing the unique atmosphere of the place.

Heritage lighting fixtures, integrated lighting in handrails, recessed floor lights, highlighting of walls and fountain, compliance with the Old Montreal Lighting Plan.
