Senate Session Hall

Complete lighting renovation and enhancement of the Senate Chamber, a major historical political venue dating back to 1859.
The lighting renovation of the Senatorial semicircular chamber addresses a triple challenge: modernizing outdated equipment, enhancing the monumental 19th-century architecture, and ensuring optimal visual comfort. The project was specifically designed to meet the rigorous technical requirements of video broadcasting for the parliamentary channel. Through precise source management, the design successfully resolves the conflict between a warm atmosphere for senators and the cooler color temperatures required for cameras. This project combines respect for historical heritage with high-level audiovisual technicality and operational durability.
  • Full replacement of lighting fixtures with high-performance LED technology.
  • Fixed color temperature adjustment system balancing “warm” ambiance and video requirements.
  • Architectural highlighting of historical elements and the chamber’s spatial volumes.
  • Design integrating strict accessibility and maintenance constraints within a heritage site.
